Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from the Nuvialle Cosmetics online store. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud — if so, you'll receive a full refund.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Offers, discounts and free gifts

Offers run while stocks last, may be changed or ended at any time, and can't be exchanged for cash. Unless stated, only one automatic offer applies to each item.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and times are set out in our Delivery policy. Times are estimates and may be longer at busy periods.

5. Cancellations and returns

Your rights to cancel and return items are explained in our Returns policy and don't affect your statutory rights.

6. Product information

We try to show colours, ingredients and descriptions accurately, but screen colours vary. Always check the ingredients list if you have allergies and patch test before use.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
